3. Account Terms

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Be at least 18 years old
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted: Permission-based marketing emails, transactional notifications, newsletters to opted-in subscribers.

Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other regulations
Only send emails to recipients who have given valid consent
Include accurate sender information and unsubscribe mechanism
Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

5. Prohibited Content

Zero Tolerance: Violations may result in immediate account termination.

Spam: Unsolicited bulk emails

Malware: Viruses or malicious software

Phishing: Deceptive content

Fraud: Scams or deceptive practices

Harassment: Abusive content

Illegal: Unlawful activities

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance monthly or annually
All fees are non-refundable except as stated
Prices subject to change with 30 days' notice

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
